This tank was set up April 21, 2003 to
house a pair of Hippocampus whitei
with rock and sandbed scavenged
from our 7 gal bowfront
as well as from the 42 gal hex tanks.

The 14 gallon tank
with about 14 lbs of cured live rock.
A Hagen 101 powerhead has been added to the lower right corner of the
tank.
It provides additional water movement which help keep the frozen mysis
in the water column longer for the whitei to catch and eat them.
The heater has been moved to the media chamber of the AquaClear 150,
providing more room at the back of the tank to stack rock.
