Father Chester-Cheddar Norwood, known as "CC" to his friends, owns the local newspaper, book and stationary shop in town.  He's a happy-go-lucky.  His favourite past time is gossiping with all his regular customers!

Mother Brie Norwood, his wife, also works at the shop.  She can always be found sitting at her desk in the back office keeping the business records.  Since she loves math so much she pays all the family's bills, too.

Brother Colby Norwood is the newspaper delivery boy for his father's and mother's shop.  He has so much energy and enthusiasm.  He gets up two hours before school and starts to organize all the papers for his delivery route.  He finishes just in the knick of time and is off to school.

Sister Nibbles Norwood is unlike her early rising brother.  She is not a morning person at all!  Nibbles doesn't even like getting out of bed to go to school but to everyone's surprise, she has perfect attendance.  She loves to sleep on Saturday morning too, but helps her brother with his newspaper route so she can earn extra spending money.

Twin boy Norman Norwood is a little boy who loves paper.  He loves drawing and painting on paper.  He especially loves to wet paper so can mold it into different shapes and calls it "paper mashed".  It is very fortunate that his parents have so much spare paper in their shop for messy Norman to play with.

Twin girl Nellie Norwood is very good at crying, screaming and stomping her feet until she gets quite red in the face.  Unlike her big sister, Nellie does not like to sleep.  All the other children are afraid to go near her when she finally does fall asleep because they're afraid they will wake her up!
